At Value Homez, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you need to return a product due to a manufacturing defect, delivery error, or simply change of mind within our policy terms, we’re here to assist you and ensure your full satisfaction.
🔹 Order Changes & Cancellations

You may change dimensions, colors, or style within 3 business days of placing the order at no additional cost.

You may cancel your order entirely within 3 business days for a full refund via the original payment method.

After 3 days, up to 30% may be deducted to cover preparation costs.

After 7 days, cancellation is not allowed due to the start of custom furniture production.

Value Homez reserves the right to cancel an order, in full or in part, during the preparation period without explanation.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any product or content from the website at any time. If an order confirmation has been issued, we may still decline an order under exceptional circumstances.
Note: We will not be liable to you or any third party for the removal or modification of any product or content or for refusing an order even after confirmation.
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

Assembled or altered products, or products with missing parts

Custom-made products based on customer specifications

Self-installed items like shelves, mirrors, bathroom units, wall art, clocks, and small decor
🔹 Furniture Return Policy

Furniture can only be returned if it has a manufacturing defect

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage

Based on the assessment, the item may be replaced, repaired, or refunded in full
🔹 Non-Furniture Product Return Policy
You may return non-furniture items in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect

Product not matching agreed specifications

Change of mind within 14 days, if the item is:

In its original packaging
-
Unused and in original condition
-
Includes all original accessories

Note: Custom-made furniture and decor are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
If returning due to a change of mind (not a defect), a 15% fee + shipping cost will apply, as the item was made to order.
🔹 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The original invoice must be provided

Products must be in their original packaging and unused

If returning due to a defect, you must provide clear photos showing the damage

For change-of-mind returns:

A 3% fee applies if paid by Visa

A 5% fee applies if paid via Value App

Original shipping cost is non-refundable

🔹 Delivery & Inspection Policy

Furniture is delivered after production is completed
-
Products must be inspected upon delivery in the presence of our delivery representative

Your signature upon delivery confirms that the product is in good condition and free from major defects
-
If not inspected immediately, you have 3 days from delivery to report any issues
Important: Any complaint must include a video showing the full unboxing process to verify the issue and determine responsibility for any damage.
Some accessories may differ from the website images due to market availability in Egypt. This does not affect the product quality or its intended use.
If a defect is found upon delivery, it must be reported immediately.
If not reported at the time of delivery, you have up to 3 days to report the issue, with photos of the damage in the original packaging.
