Advance Payment Terms

  • For orders above EGP 5,000 paid via Cash on Delivery, a 25% deposit is required in advance.

  • For orders delivered outside Cairo and Giza, a 40% deposit of the total order value is required in advance.

  • For customized products (with modified specifications), a 50% deposit is required in advance.

  • For deliveries to the following governorates, installation is not included, and a 70% deposit is required in advance:
    Menoufia – Beheira – Kafr El Sheikh – Damietta – Beni Suef – Fayoum – Minya – Assiut – Sohag – Qena – Aswan – Luxor.
